Keep it clean, dispose of packaging from the used product in the binMix all the marinade ingredients together. Place the prawns in a glass bowl, pour over the marinade and leave at room temperature for at least 2 hours. Stir several times while marinating. Thread the prawns onto skewers. Place on a hot grill rack and barbecue for 2–3 minutes.
