Notice of withdrawal from the sales contract (information on exercising the right of withdrawal from the sales contract)

The right to withdraw from the contract expires after 14 days from the day: 1. on which you took possession of the goods or of the last item, if the contract concerned the transfer of ownership of multiple items delivered separately, or of the last batch or part, if the contract concerned the transfer of ownership of items delivered in batches or parts, 2. on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the goods or of the last item, if the contract concerned the transfer of ownership of multiple items delivered separately, or of the last batch or part, if the contract concerned the transfer of ownership of items delivered in batches or parts.

To exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, you must inform QUICKPACK POLSKA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Przemysłowa 47, Jędrzejów 28-300, email: [email protected], tel.:+48 413865900 of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send us information regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal from the contract If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back, or until you provide us with proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first, in the case where the contract concerned the sale of goods.

If the contract concerned the purchase of goods, please return or hand over the goods to us at the address QUICKPACK POLSKA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Przemysłowa 47, Jędrzejów 28-300 without delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from using it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
