Grilled Grapefruit

Components:

2 Pink Grapefruit
8 tablespoon powdered sugar
Spoon of butter

Recipe:

Wash the grapefruit, dry, cross-section across the halves. Separate the flesh from the peel with a sharp knife without removing it. Put the halves of the fruit on the grill. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Divide the butter into small clues and place on top of the fruit. Fruit Grill on warm grate. Remove when sugar melted. Serve with chilled mild white wine.
