Rectangular baking moulds made from high quality paper are an excellent alternative to traditional reusable aluminium tins. The silicone-coated interior prevents baked goods from sticking, making them convenient and practical to use. The moulds are perfect for baking cakes, cupcakes, pâtés or quiches – all year round, both at home and for takeaway. They can be used in gas ovens, electric ovens and microwaves, as well as for freezing and storing food. Pack contains 2 pieces measuring 23,3 × 10,7 cm.

Cover the beans with water and leave to soak for about 12 hours. Drain and cook until soft with the bay leaf and allspice berries added. Salt the water 10 minutes before the end of cooking. Cover the rolled oats with water and leave to swell. Peel the celeriac, carrots and parsley roots, cut into smaller pieces and cook until soft in salted water. Drain the cooked vegetables. Dice the onion and fry it in oil. Add the peeled and chopped mushrooms to the onion and sauté everything for a while. Add the herbs and the 3 crushed garlic cloves. Sauté everything for a little longer. Transfer the cooked beans and vegetables, the soaked oats and the fried onion and mushrooms into a bowl, add the nutmeg and blend everything with a blender. Season the whole mixture with salt and pepper. Grease a baking tin with oil, dust with semolina and spoon in the pâté mixture. Put it in an oven preheated to 180 °C for about 50–55 minutes.
