Skewers of grilled Eggplant


Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 2 small eggplants
  • 2 colorful peppers
  • 20-30 ounces of mushrooms
  • 1 hot chili
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of sour-sweet sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger Rhizome
  • Salt

Recipe:

Wash the eggplants, cut off the ends and slice lengthwise into a fairly thin slices. Sprinkle them with salt and leave for 10-15 minutes, until the wilderness. Then rinse the Eggplant slices and pat dry. Wash the pepper pods, clean the seeds and cut the thicker. Cut the mushrooms into slices. Olive oil mix with sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce. Add the finely chopped chilli, ginger and przeciśnięty by the crushed garlic. Slices of Eggplant spread the prepared sauce and sprinkle the rest of the Rosemary. Place the aluminium tray and Grill on both sides after 2 minutes. Then put them on aluminum trays and place on hot grill. Bake about 15 minutes over the żarzącymi to the coals. During the baking process skewers rotate and then spread the sauce. Serve with yogurt dip or another favorite sauce.
