8 łyżek cukru pudru
łyżka masła

Przepis:

Umyj grejpfruty, osusz, przekrój w poprzek na połówki. Oddziel ostrym nożykiem miąższ od skórki bez wyjmowania. Połówki owoców przełóż na grilla. Posyp cukrem pudrem. Masło podziel na małe grudki i połóż na wierzchu owoców. Owoce grilluj na rozgrzanym ruszcie. Zdejmij, gdy cukier się roztopi. Podawaj ze schłodzonym łagodnym białym winem.
