Mustard Pork

Ingredients:

  • 2 kg pork neck

  • 1 teaspoon mustard with whole mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Provencal herbs
  • 4 tablespoons of sour-sweet sauce
  • Salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Recipe:
